Fun for Friends. I agree with some other people saying that this place is fun when your with a group. This is not like a bar or a club, its more like a drinking restaurant. There is rarely any socializing outside the group you came with.

The menu is great.

The waitresses are cute (I guess some people can't handle that.. lol). But I agree she was more attentive with the males, which makes sense, but hey my buddy got a free drink! Score!

Anyway, I wouldn't go their alone if it was to save my life. Everyone gives off a fickle air about them. Just because you are paying high prices doesn't mean you're too cool for school!!!!

Not Girl Friendly At All!. I went to Flying Saucer with my boyfriend, and at first I was thrilled to see the menu (great selection). However, it was the WORST service I have ever received for the prices (high). By the time a waitress managed to get to us twenty minutes after we sat down, I was pissed and didn't even want a beer. The waitress was VERY attentive towards my boyfriend, and dismissive (bordering on rude) to me. I must say, the look on her face was priceless when she realized that I was going to be paying the check. I have never been one to stiff a waitress, but I stiffed THIS one with a smile on my face. If you want a darn good beer, this is the place to go. Just be aware, that the place is staffed by a bunch of classless blow-up dolls.

I shall not return. After going here with some friends I can honestly say I will never go there again for the rest of my life. If you want to concentrate on drinking beer and talking with only the people you came with, then this place is for you. Nobody here was the least bit friendly. As a single guy I can say the very few girls who were here did not want to be bothered by anyone. People come here to concentrate on their beer and pretend they are at home drinking. Even the waitresses were unpleasant. They can still bring stuff though, they just won't like doing it. They do have a large selection of beer. Be careful, a lot of the beer is abnormally strong.

Fun patio and great beer selection. The patio is fabulous and can get full very quickly, pets are welcomed on the patio. The inside is non smoking but can get crowded very quickly. Seating is pretty creative though and even family style in some areas - you can join another table.

I disagree with others who mentioned it can get pricey - it only gets pricey if you choose to order the $6 beers all night. Try the $2.50 fire sale or the mystery beer.

The menu is somewhat limited, but they have always worked with me to make the options vegetarian and a bit healthier. Example - making the chicken quesadilla vegetarian, without chicken, and adding many veggies that were not included in the first place.

The waitstaff is hot or cold, but usually the service is good.
