Buyer Beware

I was interested in buying a couple of pairs of custom western boots and ended up with Glenderson Daly in San Antonio . He made a beautiful pair of black lizards for me that didn't come close to fitting (even after threee return trips). Nearly two years later, I still don't have the boots. November 2008, I sent him a check for a black lizard belt. October 2009, no belt. I have been polite and professional through out a series of promises. Now, I can't get a return call from him.
