I'm so happy to have car x in my neighborhood. It is by far the best repair shop I've ever taken my car to. They are honest and straightforward, and do great work. I tell everyone I know to go there!

This place is honestly as good as it gets! These guys are super professional, honest, and get the job done quickly. I have been here twice (for both major and minor problems) and would not consider going anywhere else! Awesome!

I have made appointment on CAR-X auto service at 1:00 pm. I been there earlier and they said I am too early and cannot provide service for me and ask me to come at 1:00pm again. I came back at 1:00pm and they said that my name was not on the appointment list of their computer and asked me to wait for 3 cars in front of me and put me on the queue on the 4th cars. I have experience on this shop that they never put your appointment on their computer. Then they took my Groupon and told me my cars cannot use the regular oil (10W30 or 5W30). They insisted to use 5W20 which I have to pay another $16 on top of the groupon. They said they will not responsible for any damage if I use the regular oil. I bought groupon from Express Lube before and they never insists to use expensive oil for my car.The service of CAR-X is very very bad. I refused their offer and took back my groupon and I want to have a full refund for the 2 groupons that I bought for oil change on this shop.

I am new customer of Car-X and i think before getting Car-x Services i am unlucky because after getting their awesome services my is running well and also all services are available with affordable prices.

I am always treated so well at Car-X on Huebner. I love the staff there, the customer service is excellent, and I feel like the job is done quickly and I can count on them to make sure it's right if I have any questions or concerns.

Super discounted oil change. I got a coupon for oil change from carx & tried last week , it was super cheap then my last guy & these guys are much more professional , love it here ....

One star is saying too much for this place on Huebner. The owner or boss or whoever he is said he'd check it out and he'd give me a discount...He begins to act all friendly to win you over like he's a friend. My truck just turned off while stopped at a light. I don't know about cars and I'm female with my 2 littles ones so I was an easy target for him. He said it was the starter...charged me $580. My truck still turns off. Says he would guarantee the truck would turn ON...sigh.
DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
I work for a school and i'm spreading the word to teachers and anyone that will hear me NOT to go to Car X. Ha, I guess I know now what the X stands for.
I'm posting flyers at my apartment complex too and leaving them at laundromats and going as far as placing them on people's windshields.
