I WAS RIPPED OFF BADLY. I went to the Wash Tub on FM 78 and was ripped of $129.00... When you first drive up, they have the sales persons there who offer you these deals. I thought okay I will bite, my car needs detailing, so why not. What sealed the deal for me was the fact that he offered an additional car wash which was supposed to be free after the detail. That was an outright lie, and let’s just say, I have nothing to say that I am to get an additional wash with my package. Well, I had to take my car back three times, just to get the simple and obvious things done. My doors were not wiped down, the drink holder was not cleaned, and let’s not talks about the shampoo job they claimed they did. My car looks no different than when I brought it in.

When I ask the tech to remove the chicken crumbs left by one of the, he couldn’t even say anything.... I was told by the tech that the supply truck didn’t come in so the supplies he needed to do his job were not available. I got an ear full... Then the next day when we agreed for me to bring it back the next morning so they could finish, I found out about all the thieves that steal your stuff out your car while you trust them to be doing the right thing. The management is shady, and they just want to get you through and out the door. They apologized, but didn’t do one thing to ensure it was done right the second time. Finally the third time, the management took the time to atleast look at my vehicle, but let’s just say I hate to see what her car looks like. I am not a perfectionist, and this was just the obvious dirt in many places that I was complaining about.....They did atleast agree it was obvious and they should of gotten it. What they were not saying was that they were not willing to do any better than they did. They would rather complain and tell me about the issues of working there at the WASH TUB.... Unprofessional and Terrible Customer Service.....

Most wash tubs have a high turnover of employees, so I understand why they will hire just anybody. But when their own employees tell you that they have drug users, child molesters, and thieves working for them, it’s not good. They need to have the supplies on hand! They had the whole winter to stock up.

Surely there are some good wash and detail places out there with integrity, and honor. Take the time to find one if your going to trust them into the personal space of your car. Someone needs to expose them on the news, and maybe they will change the way they do things.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - MANAGEMENT SUCKS. HORRIBLE!!! Went there 2/26/2011 and the trunk of my car was dented! Management ( chunky mexican guy) refused to accept ANY responsibility stating that no equipment was low enough to damage my car. So does he think none of his employees could be careless enough to drop something on my car??? Police were called and I left with nothing. MANAGEMENT WAS THE WORST I HAVE ENCOUNTERED!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!
