My heater had stopped heating, and a friend of mine referrred me to this company, I got a same day appt. , the girl answering the phone was very knowledgeable, got work done same day and was VERY satisfied with the fast and great work. Terrible Service & Shoddy A/C Work.
The tech came out and wired my A/C unit so that the wires are exposed. When I called to let him know it was a danger to children playing in the area, tech said he would return and never came back. He now refuses to answer my calls or return my messages.
Do not do business with Adam's Air Care, Adam, or American Home Buyers insurance company. Their policies are not worth the paper they are printed on.
Pretty Affordable and Fast. Came out same day and was able to schedule appt for large reapir the very next day. Had an infant and needed fast service, very quick to accomodate me
Finally Got My AC Fixed. After going without air for 3 weeks, I finally was able to get someone knowledgable to come out to my home. They had my AC fixed and repiared in 2 days after calling Adams Air Care. Office Staff was friendly and helped to keep tech on track with day. Will use them again in the future
WORST EXPERIENCE.
TECHNICIAN NEVER CALLED, SHOWED UP, DID NOT GIVE ME PHONE NUMBER, NO FOLLOW UP-HAD TO KEEP CALLING OFFICE, LADY WHO ANSWERED PHONE DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT, APPARANTELY THEY ONLY HAVE 1 TECHNICIAN. TRIED TO SERIOUSLY OVERCHARGE ME FOR ITEMS ALREADY HERE AND UP TO CODE. DID NOT DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION OF SYS. DID NOT EVEN COME IN HOUSE TO ASSESS INSIDE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. SAID I HAD A HEAT PUMP WHEN SYSTEM IS NOT A HEAT PUMP, RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCEEDINGLY RUDE AND WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO ANYONE WITH A/C EXPERIENCE. KEPT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND, AND AFTER ALMOST 3 WEEKS (AT 103+DEGREES), I STILL HAVE NO RESOLOUTION

Poor Service. We were given this vendor through a home warranty company. Adams came out and filled freon and said the system "may need to be cleaned". Since the house is only 5 yrs old I called for a second opinion from a different vendor - they said it was a leaking coil - called home warranty company and they sent Adams back out - of course they showed up 3 days later with 5 minutes notice. they again said it was dirty - my other vendor took pictures showing a clean coil. I have filed with the Better Business against both the home warranty company and Adams - do not use this company!
terrible. this place is terrible. shoddy a/c work, horrible customer service. scam artists. i wish i never met them.
Bad Air Care. came in told us we needed new ac. got second opinion and we didn't. just dirty coil. Do not call them. Heard of other times from neighbors. By the way Adams called me.
