Awful Customer Service!. If there was an option for no stars, that's what they would have gotten!

The customer service (ladies and one man answering the phone) we horrible. Several times I called the lady put me on hold and never came back. I HAD to go with these people because it was who my home warranty contracted with. They didn't try to get me in the same day (it was an emergency...we have a small child and NO family in town). I called at 7am Monday morning. They didn't check their fax machine until noon (even though I told them to be expecting a fax from our warranty company) and by then all the slots had been taken! Then they said they would be there between 1 - 4 today. I called the office at 4 because I hadn't heard anything and miraculously the tech was on his way. However, he was 45 MILES away. He didn't arrive until 5:20. Thankfully it was a very small part and it didn't take him long to fix it...for now. The high was 107 today!

I left several messages at the office and NO ONE has returned my calls. These people are horrible. Rude, uncaring and shouldn't be in the customer service business.

Take your business elsewhere...

Review Call. So many good things to say but never enough space to type....A/C company can't get to you in time, call Adams. Very punctual and friendly personnel even the techs. I spoke with the owner...WHO EVER DOES THAT...nice guy...plan to do business for years to come....as long as they keep my A/C going lol. THANK YOU GUYS

Courtesy Call From Krystal. Got a call from office manager Krystal who told me as well about the hype online, not impressed by the rude people but did want to leave my mark. Im a 5 year plus customer and haven't been unpleased once with any expierience with Adams. The owner was a hard working man in this business and built it to what it is today. OUTSTANDING! I can't fathom the performances stated about this company that are poorly reviewed. She was right more of the long time returning customers need to share the great jobs done by their comapny. All I know is Im here for you. Recommend to use. BIG THUMBS UP

A+++++ Returning Customer. Well I guess I'm not the only person who got a courtesy call from the office, wow....I should have posted something alot earlier. BRAVO to ADAMS they haven't been around for 20 years or more providing poor service and I'm running proof of that. I love the people, love the prices and especially the work performed. CANT GET ENOUGH. I trust them for all my A/C & heating needs.

10+ Of Great Service Un-Noticed. I'm very surprised of the amount of poor reviews that are listed here! I have been a loyal customer for 10 years or more and got a courtesy call from office staff about this on going problem. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE APPLY GOOD REVIEWS THAT ARE DESRVED. I have never seeked out another A/C company just because I beleive that no one else can do as well as this one. Wonderful office staff and reliable techs. Even great price follow. I will always keep coming back
