Salespersons are scummy and attack like vultures. My husband and I purchased a front loading washer & dryer (Whirpool Duet) from this location and after having them for less than 6 months my clothes smelled like mold when coming out of dryer. I placed a call to Conns and was told that I had been using wrong detergent and had caused irreparable damage to washer and my warranty would not cover the repairs. When I purchased the items I was not told I needed to use a special HE detergent by my salesperson (Arturo) he was just eager for the sale since we were spending about $10,000.00 on TV's, Refrigerator, Computers, Mattresses and furniture. Needless to say, I was very angry that the only thing Conns cared about was the actual sale itself and not customer satisfaction. Conns does not properly train it's employees on proper care and maintenance of appliances. It is obvious all the salepersons care about "getting the sale" they do not care about service after the sale and that is obvious. Every month when I walk into this location to make a payment on my account I am "attacked" by the vulture like salespersons who think I am there to purchase something. You should see how they treat you after you tell them you are only there to make a payment they act is you wasted their time by saying hello. It is hilarious! Since 2003 I have spent over $20,000.00 on assorted items at Conns thinking that saving the extra few hundres dollars I was saving was worth it, well I was wrong. I will never spend another dime at Conns and will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY!!! I did purchase my new washer & dryer (LG Brand) at Best Buy and loved the service I got. Their salesperson are very knowledgeable and properly trained, not idiot salespersons pulled off a seedy car lot. You may spend a little more at Best Buy but what you get in return is worh it, Respect, honesty and professionalism.
