Best restaurant in Texas.. This place has great food, great staff and a great atmosphere.

This is by far my favorite restaurant. Some people are concerned that it’s a little bit too far from San Antonio but I don’t mind at all…it helps keep the crowds down.

It’s a tad bit pricier than the average SA restaurant but don’t let that stop you from trying it. If you compare the price to the quality of the dinning experience then you will realize that the price you pay is an excellent deal.

Pepper Encrusted Tenderloin and the Shrimp en Brochette are awesome!

Banquet facilities and More!!. My sister and I were recently looking at places to hold our parents' anniversary party and were so excited to find Scenic Loop Cafe!! Not only do they have a large banquet facility and lots of choices in their party package, the restaurant is awesome! There was live music, great food & drinks and a huge playground. I was also very impressed with their wine list. There was a wide variety of food - I had a pepper crusted steak, my husband had fajitas, and my sister had the best Shrimp Brochette I have ever tasted. Overall, I left feeling like I had found a secret treasure in the Hill Country. We are definately coming back with the kids!!

Overall great place!. Scenic Loop Cafe has it all in my eyes! I loved enjoying the patio area and live music! They claim to have "The Best Margaritas in San Antonio," and they live up to the hype. It has such a great variety of food and beverages to choose from in various price ranges. They also have a really good Happy Hour, that has great prices on their margaritas, beer and well drinks. The staff was so nice and made the evening an even more enjoyable experience. I would go back anytime and bring a croud!

EXCELLENT!!!. San Antonio's best kept secret. The food was excellent and more than enough to eat. It's casual dinning with a wonderful menu. Service was great as well. Good place for a group gathering and children as well. Don't miss this place, you will love it too.

great atmosphere. We can to The Scenic Loop Cafe with a party of 20. At most resturants we'd have the worst service, but here we had great service, our food was hot, and the waitress was prompt on serving our drinks. The atmospwhere was awesome. They have an outside play area for the kids with a jungle gym, an outside area for live music for the adults, they have a more relax atmospwhere inside for the romantic couple, and so many other areas we couldn't even get to! It was perfect for our group dining event. We ordered the sea food appetizer and had the best shrimp dip and brochette shrimp. The peach and mango margarita was excellent also. The menu had a large selection of salads, meats, chicken, and pasta, as well as a pretty decent Mexican selection. The food was great and was worth driving 45 miles to try out this resturant.
