WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!.
If you like being talked down to like you're four years old by snotty $11/hr. office clerks who think their stuff doesn't stink, then by all means, rent from this management firm.
If you like calling and emailing over and over with no response, then by all means, rent from this management firm.
If you don't mind the fact that you (made the mistake of) signing a lease renewal in October ans still haven't gotten a copy by April of the following year, then by all means, rent from this management firm.
If you like being blown off and told they will call you back 'at their convenience' when calling about a dead animal in your laundry room, then by all means, rent from this management firm.
If you like being treated like you're an imposition despite the fact that you're paying them $24,000 over the term of your lease, then by all means, rent from this management firm.…
SAVE YOUR RECORDS AND RECEIPTS. Horrible experience with property management!! They lost our rent receipt and we received multiple calls exclaiming that we were late on our rent and needed to pay late fees. It was only when I drove 30 minutes up to their office and showed them my receipt that they realized their mistake - mind you, no apology was ever made! It takes weeks and several nagging phone calls to get anything fixed. We complied in every way upon move-out, yet were docked over $500 for nail holes that were there before we moved in! Granted, I didn't write "miniscule nail holes" in the inspection sheet upon move-in, but I didn't realize "miniscule nail holes" were note-worthy, nor did I realize they would cost me $500!! An expensive oversight on my part. All this despite the inspection guy telling me verbatim, "I wish all renters kept their house as clean as this one". Write EVERY detail, keep every receipt, photocopy every document and keep track of every conversation or phone message you have with these people! Side note: We used a realtor from D'Ann Harper to purchase a home, and she was fantastic. Our negative experiences have been solely with property management.…
HORRIBLE REALESTATE COMPANY.
Terrible experience with this realestate company, made an offer on a house which they had told me was accepted only to find out at the home inspection that they never got the seller to sign the
contract and that I didn't have a valid contract!
I don't believe this company to be ethical, I will never do business with them again!…
2 Days and already regrets. Only lived here for two days. What a mistake, I already regret renting through them. On top of that I have to deal with them for one whole year. I am taking pics of every little scratch there is. Thank you all for the warning. The people at this business are very rude, like to call you a liar, and certainly don't want to listen. Should have done my research before signing with this business. There is such thing as attorney, so while I am already being disrespected by the employees and vendors that work for them, I can assure you that they will not rob me on top of that.…
BAD EXPERIENCE. HAD A BAD EXPIERENCE, RENTED A HOUSE FOR MANY YEARS, A OLD HOUSE THAT NEEDED A LOT OF WORK.....COULD NOT GET WORK DONE....WHEN LEFT WANTED TO BILL ME FOR DAMAGES THAT WAS WORK THAT I HAD BEGGED TO BE DONE....PUT ON MY CREDIT AND HURT ME....TRIED TO HAVE A MEETING WITH MRS HARPER, VERY ELDERLY AND TREATED ME AS BENEATH HER , AND SHE DID NOTHING TO ASSIST.....WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY ONE RENT FROM HER…
