Saved my military uniform!. I needed my dress blues altered and didn't trust the shop at Fort Sam so I stopped in at Victoria's. They were very honest with me about how difficult this tailoring might be but they did a wonderful job!!! They saved me a couple hundred dollars in buying a new uniform. I'm so happy that they could save my uniform! Well done! I'm very happy with the service!

satisfied customer for 7 years. I use the Encino Commons location. They always do an excellent job!! I've been using them for 7 years. I've had some complicated alterations done. For the simple things like hems, you just have to weigh if you want to pay someone to do it or do it yourself. Plan ahead for peak times like prom & graduation, the holidays, the beginning of school when band, choir etc uniforms need alterations.

Worst Alteration Ever!. Based on previous reviews, I was expecting excellent work from Victoria's Tailoring. I was very disappointed in the quality of work provided. The stitching and aligning of the fabric is so horrible with very uneven with messy threads all over the place. I am embarrassed to wear the garment out and will most likely have to take it to another competent tailor to repair what has been done so poorly. Do not take your business here.

Quality all the way. Ever since the store opened I have been bringing my pants in for hemming. The precise craftmanship is simply unbeatable. Recently I brought my bridesmaid dress in for adjustment and Victoria was extremely meticulous about the quality and timeliness. There is just no comparison!

Best alteration shop in San Antonio. Great alteration shop and tailoring. My pants and suits always go to that place for custom fit and beautiful look.

I also heard from a trusted source that some of the Spurs basketball folks come here to have there cloth altered too!

Best Alteration Service in the City. If you want quality, this is the place to go. It may be couple dollars more, but it is worth it and no headaches!
