Good Cut, Poor Experience. I am totally happy with the cut of my hair however I don't expect just to have a good cut when I leave the salon. I expect to feel relaxed, comfortable, and almost pampered.

The facilities themselves were poor. The outside is the best part. The inside of the salon was unclean, poor floor plan, confusing, and verging on being dirty (or maybe I just felt dirty).

My stylist was a very nice and sweet lady, I have no complaints about her as a person. The experience was absolutley the worst part. My experience started 15 minutes late then every piece from then on felt like I was being rushed. The hair wash felt like my head was stuck in a blender and very quick. My cut was rough, quick, and all in all uncomfortable (all though my hair does look great)! The style was terrible, it consisted of my head being shaken back and forth and pulled, in the end I looked like I just got off of a roller coaster.

I would also like to add that my hair was dryed with a blow dryer that literally looked like it was purchased on sale at WalMart for $5. I also didn't feel much better that there was not a product line that the salon carried. She just started pulling random products out of her unorganized cabinets.

....I would not recommend this place.

GREAT!!. the atmosphere here is beautiful! and the service is great to! the woman that does my hair is nice, friendly, i highly recomend her, she talks to you and really does what you want. ive noticed that alot of the staff members are like that. ive never left disapointed...HIGHLY RECOMENDED
