Watch out for bait and switch. Over a period of several weeks I corresponded with Russell about a Mazda5, and was given quotes by eMail on both the Sport and Grand Touring models. When my wife and I went in to actually buy (this was on Jan 12, 2013), we were told that "They can't do that, those prices were for a special advertising promotion, etc." and prices would be substantially higher. I will NEVER again attempt to do any business with North Park Mazda. Nor should you. There are much better dealers.
