poor work. "fixed" GARAGE DOOR, REPLACED PANEL ON 10/02 AND 10/13/2001. DOOR CAME OUT OF CHANNELS, WARPED. AND POPPED OUT ROLLERS WHEN CLOSING 1/21/2010. "SO SORRY--WORK WARRANTY EXPIRED",HARDWARE PERMANENTLY GUARANTEED. TECH COMING--I SUSPECT ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE FORTHCOMING.
