Unsatisfied. I am being overbilled and very unsatisifed as a customer.
NOT OUR CHOICE FOR SECURITY. We inherited ADT from Brinks and then Broadview and have never been so disappointed! We have had trouble with the monitoring twice since they became our provider (just a few months) and for the second time will have to wait a week for them to come out and check it. They are trying to blame it on the telephone company but we have never had a problem until they took over! We will be checking for another service as soon as possible!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!. We were customers of ADT for about 20 years. Must have paid about $8,000 to them over the years ofr "Monitoring". What a joke! When we were broken into last weekend, no police were sent. Their explanation? "Well if they cut the phone line we would never know about the alarm." Seriously??? You sell an alarm that can be defeated by clipping the phone line? Needless to say, this was not pointed out in the sales presentation. They belatedly said that we should have had a cellular back up. Why did they never tell us that? After the installation they never followed up to audit the system to see if it was adequate by their standards, and we just assumed it was. Bad on our part, I guess, but unspeakable negligence on theirs. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid at all costs.
