I thought I lost my stylist, Sonny, but he's been found!!!. I love my stylist, Sonny, he is amazing and always "WOW"'s me with the magic he works on my hair. He makes sure it is easy to replicate at home and as a result I can't walk down the aisle at the grocery store without getting stopped and asked who does my hair. Sadly, he is no longer with Omagi, which is a beautiful salon that I've grown quite fond of.... BUT I've found him again!! He is now at Avalon in Stone Oak and I thought it was only fair to share the good news so that other clients will be able to continue to see him too!

Skilled hairdressers!. I took my two daughters, 13 and 8, to get back-to-school haircuts. They gave us a great discount because they are young, and the haircuts they got were amazing. My girls have long, thick hair, and they both got sleek layers that fall perfectly. The best haircuts they've ever had. And the hairdressers for both of them were very nice--just the right amount of chatty. As my oldest said, "He talked to me when he was cutting the front, when I couldn't read a magazine, but didn't act like I was his new best friend." This was quite the compliment. Don't be intimidated by the posh interior; the people are nice and very well trained.

Rude Customer Service - Beware!. I was amazed at how rude they were to me! High over-rated prices. You'd be better off going to somewhere like Spa d' Sante. I wanted to try something new, but will never go here again.
