Good for any reason, any time.. Located in downtown Seguin this is a gem. The 19th century arcitecture combined with the GREAT sandwiches and selection of coffee makes this a wonderful place to sit and enjoy any amount of free time you may have. Neat coffee shop with computer access!. Good coffee drinks and food. They don't seem to have AC, but I cooled off after sitting under a fan and taking a few sips of tea.
