Discount Tire

Very good first experience.. I went in to have four tires replaced on my BMW. I missed my appointment by about 30 minutes and didn't realize how busy they got--even on a weekday early in the morning. In any case, these guys checked me in and had my car in the shop within 5 minutes. They checked the wheel wells and suspension for potential issues and proceeded to put the tires on my aluminum rims without any problems. They did notice that I was missing a custom valve stem cap and ask me what I wanted to do. I had forgot about that. They made sure that my tire pressure was in compliance with BMW specs. I also had them check the pressure in my full size spare (only used once since I bought the car new --2001) and told me that I might want to consider replacing the tire because if was almost 10 yrs old and that it was flat. They did give me an option to use one of my older tires--but it didn't make sense since I now had Continentals and my old ones were Michelin. I didn't want to also the driving characteristics even if I'm one of those who goes to have my tires repaired as soon as I have a problem. Some people will drive with their spare (or donut for days) and not have a backup plan. I decided not to take a chance so I replaced it also--mainly for safety reasons. They had me out in less than an hour. Overall satisfied with the price, time, quality of the service. I'll go back in the future.…

Great People, Great Service. I stopped by the store on a bicycle with a flat tire and the young gentlemen at the front actually repaired my tire and charged me nothing.
