Worth the Occasional Visit.
This is a good place to go for fast food, but I have some issues. First, they prepare they meat in a diced style. Apparently they do not remove the fat because also this turns up in the meat mixture. I like my meat lean. Also, the sirloin is cooked medium well and it looks too red for my tastes. The salsa/chips is good. Conceptually, I think the menu and concept of making your own burrito/taco is appealing. However, the interior is kind of spartan and uncomfortable, especially when there are alot of people inside. It's almost like a large prison cell. Anyway, it's hard to compete in this food category in San Antonio, home to the best Tex-Mex in the US, but it does OK. Customer service is always good.
