People who don't know what they're doing. This was my first visit to Castle Dental and I never want to go back. The place is absolutely trashy (both outside and in), the wait time was awful and there was only one other person there, the staff spoke Spanish primarily and I couldn't understand them at all, they didn't do ANY work my first visit, the equipment is plugged into a cheap surge protector which is plugged into an extension cord, and on top of it all, I when I requested that the pain medication that they give me NOT be anything with codone (it makes me vomit uncontrollably) they completely ignored me and gave me that prescription anyway (even though I tried to correct them- I don't know if they could understand me).

I hated it and don't ever plan on going back.

Beware Castle Dental. I recently visited the Castle Dental location on Bandera. First off the location looks more like a tattoo parlor than a dental office (no real rooms). Also, I waited over 45 minutes for the dentist. More importantly Castle Dental has a policy to not clean your teeth on the first visit. I wish someone would have informed me over the phone that you have to meet the doctor prior to a teeth cleaning. If you want to waste your time and money go to Castle Dental.
