great dentist---gentle and kind. My standards are very high when it comes to going to a dentist (one of my least favorite things to do) I have had a lot of dental work with both positive and negative experiences. I went to Dr. Gies after breaking a tooth which required a root canal and crown. Needless to say, I was nervous--thought about cancelling my appointment. I had the root canal and was extremely happy---NO PAIN!!!

My husband needed a root canal recently so I recommended that he see Dr. Gies. He too, was extremely happy. My husband is switching dentists.

The Best Dentist in San Antonio. This is definitely a great place for you and your family. After coming from DeZavala Dental’s traumatic experiences I was a little nervous to ever go to the dentist again. Dr. Gies is very caring and empathetic. I feel like he really cares about his patients and not just their wallets like some dentist. I think I’ve found the one. :-)

THE best Dentist. I am a person with major dental problems caused by years of eating ice and not having a good dentist.

I originally went to see Dr. Gies about a broken tooth that needed a root canal and a crown. Not only did he take care of that with the utmost care, but noticed all the potential problems with my teeth, due to my own neglect.

Working with my insurance, he and his staff x-rayed all my teeth and then using the latest technology they took close up pictures of all my major problems and worked up a plan of attack for the future. The office staff worked with my insurance to give me prices on all my future work for planning purposes. They even broke the cost up into payments to help me afford what my insurance doesn’t cover.

The office staff is AWESOME! They always personally greet me when I arrive and I never have to wait longer than just a few minutes. They treat me like I am their favorite patient and they have been waiting to see me. Dr. Gies works on me as if he were working on his own family member.

Not only am I continuing to go to him for all my future work, but I am sending my husband and anyone else that is looking for a good dentist. I feel so lucky to have found him and thank the person who referred me to him. It’s wonderful to find such a good dentist.

A Wonderful dentist!. I recently went to Dr. Gies for teeth whitening to prep for my wedding portraits. They did an excellent job at cleaning my teeth and whitened them within an hour! I still receive compliments six months later. The staff is pleasant and the doctor is very gentle and kind. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Gies. Good guy. Not high pressure. Staff seems happy. Easy to get along with. Small shop. Short wait time to be seen. No problems.
