DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible, horrible! Went in for a visit and sent on my way. 5 days later, still sick with the same issue. I called in at 8 am, did not receive a call back until after 8 pm. I was told since I was still sick with the same problem I could come back for a FREE re-evaluation. I went in at 8 am the following morning and saw another Dr. When I was finished, they made me pay for the visit. I told them it was a free follow up and they basically said too bad for me! So $200 and 12 days later, I am still sick. I called back the next day to complain, no one returned my call. I called again the following day, the clinic mgr finally returned the call and basically said I was a liar and that they never offer free follow ups. Lesson learned, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO TX MED CLINIC AGAIN!!!!!! Stay away!!

Never going there again!. Sunday afternoon I broke out in a rash so I couldn't go to my regular family physician. I thought the next best thing would be to go to Tex Med Clinic on Bandera and 1604 so I could get something to stop the itching and spreading of whatever I had. I told the woman who took my blood pressure and temperature that I mainly wanted to make sure it was not bed bugs, scabes, etc. Dr. James Murray then walked in and just says, "Yup, it's scabes!" I asked him how would he know if he had not even looked at me yet. And he just laughed and said, "because that's what it is!" I broke out into tears because 1) he was so rude and insensitive about what I was going through and 2) I was just flat out miserable! He diagnosed me for scabes and gave me my prescription. Worst experience ever! Monday morning, it got 10X worse! I went to my family physician to get a second opinion and turns out--- I had an allergic reaction to my laundry detergent! My doctor gave me the right prescription and within a day it cleared up!

Horrible service by front office staff- BEWARE. If there was a way to rate this place with no stars- I would- but in all fairness, the Doctor was excellent.

The front office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had the unfortunate experience of having visited when friends of the staff visited as well- even though they were atleast 4 people behind me, they were bumped up and seen before me.

When I checked in I specifically asked how patients are categorized- was it by need or in order- I was told, IN ORDER of check in. Then, even though I brought this to the attention of my nurse, they were still seen and kept in line.

My advice is to pay very close attention to where you are in line and hope that you don't visit when friends of the front office staff happen to get sick on the same night you do.

The chain of events caused by this issue impacted all of the patients behind me- the patient that should have been seen before the person who was moved in front of me was STILL WAITING to be seen when I left- I was there for over 2 hours and this poor little girl was STILL waiting to be called back.

The pro: The Doctor, he was extremely kind and his bedside manner was excellent
