I took my son to m&m orthodontics about
a week ago. My husband and I loved it!!! The location is close to our home The staff was nice. and the Dr was great . we got there filled out our paperwork which wasn't to long. I have been shopping around and there prices were right in my budget.
The insurance lady Leslie took really good care of us. she answered all my questions . I have gone to two other places and all I got were high prices and doctors that didn't even look me in the eye. we are so happy to find a place that made us feel at home. That I am taking my husband back to get started. Thanks so much to Leslie and m&morthodotic's.
Happy Happy Mom
Great Experience.
I wanted everyone to know how happy I was today. I have been to several consultation to try to find an orthodontist in the northwest area. I went to the place where my dentist referred me. I was in shock on how much braces were. Next, look up my insurance plan and found one, they too were expensive and rude. So, My friend recommended me to M and M Orthodontics, I meet the doctor a wonderful lady by the name of Lesle and she help me get started with my daughter's braces.
Leslie explained to me how my insurance works and made it so affordable for me to start right away. I was so happy to finally find the right place. Thank you M and M Orthodontics!!! Happy Mom
so not a happy customer!. NEVER EVER WOULD I WALK BACK IN THIS PLACE,its dirty and disgusting! and the orthodontist made us wait for over a hour and a half after the appointment time! the place was gross,it had unsterilized used tools laying around, and the dentist was rude and acted like he had better things to do then get his information straight about my daughters braces!
Terrible Experience. When I had my first consultation, everything was very personal, however, at my first visit, everything changed. Everytime I go in for an appointment I absolutely dread it because I feel like cattle. I am squished into a waiting room only to be shuffled into another waiting room with little to no seating. My appointments take 45-60 mins with only 5 mins of that being in the chair. I see a different doctor everytime and feel no personal connection or treatment. The worst part of all is on two occasions I went in for an adjustment on Friday and less than 3 hours later a band popped off and I would have to deal with the wire stabbing my mouth all weekend until Monday (the "emergency phone number" was never answered). I wish I had gone to another orthodontist and I fear that with this treatment and results I'll never get my braces off. Please don't make the same mistake I made.
