Waste of time and money!!. This mortgage company has to be one of the WORST I have ever dealt with! I was never given a proper explanation of the initial funds I paid them to find me a permanent lender, I tried to get a hold of the “President” Robin – she never returned ANY of my calls; she just passed me off to the loan officer who gave me the run around to begin with! My home was completed and I was told they were unable to “find me a loan at that time” so as the interested accrued I became even more upset. I finally received a letter from the interim lender stating they were going to foreclose if they didn’t get paid off and when I took this up with the “President” she stated that “if would be in my best interest looking for financing elsewhere”. Long story short, the interim lender backed off after explaining the situation, I FINALLY closed on my home only after 3 weeks after that conversation with the “President” and I never got ANY of my money back.

This company needs to be investigated!!
