Worst customer service experienced. We ordered take out. Upon arrival, I was notified that they had no cream cheese for the Philadelphia roll that was ordered. Then they added imitation crab to it when told not to add anything due to my allergic reactions to shellfish. What business establishment doesnt take down a call back number to notify the customer for lack of resourced? Then waits 30 min till the customer arrives to tell them!!! Then it took them an additional 20 minutes to get our order on top of the 30 it was supposed to take, at this time there was only 2 couples inside eating so they weren't "swamped." I notified the manager and she decided to get into an arguement with me. It was a horrible experience that I hope nobody has to go through.

Consistently excellent food, superb service, lovely decor. Since moving from Southern California my Southeast Asian wife and I have struggled to find excellent and authentic Thai food. Finding Thai Canyon ended the struggle for us -- we love it. The diverse menu is prepared freshly upon order -- I know because we've been able to request slight recipe modifications without problems. The food itself is rich, tasty and spiced to request. The decor is warm and inviting -- great for a special date night -- but the food is the reason we come back. In fact, tonight, my wife said, "Let's call and order in from Thai Canyon tonight", which is how I found this site (looking for the number); give Thai Canyon a try. You'll keep coming back.

Food and Service. We had to wait to be seated. Longer than ususual for service and receive food. Disappointed in the food. Probably will not return.
