Dr. Geralde is a very rude person, who has lack of respect for his patients and his staff. His bedside manner is awful. He is just there to make his money and that's it. He spends less than 15 minutes with you at a visit, he tells you he is coming right back and never comes back, instead he sends his medical assistant in to give medications and we are told we are free to go. We informed the medical assistant that he did not give us time to ask our questions. The medical assistant tried to bring him back in the room with out success. She said we can send him a message and call you when he responds. His front desk also talks about patients freely at the front desk and the front desk is quite rude as well.

Ive been going here for 5 years and wait times have gotten longer but this is a fantastic office and I just love Dr Earp as my primary care doctor. The office staff.. there's only so much you can expect from them. Ive never experienced down right rude behavior from anyone at all. But the holistic medical treatment I receive and the actual healing of chronic issues I had prior to coming here, outweigh the inconveniences that really are the same in any medical office.

Caring, patient staff.. I have to agree with the last reviewer.. A great experience all around. The doctor always answers all of our questions. The nursing staff and front desk are prompt and knowledgable. The doctor does seem busy but only because everyone wants to see him!

Best place around. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Earp and his staff. My family and I have been going there for years and if anything the service has gotten better. I'm always worked IN every time I call. I'm always happy to wait when they work me in. I have a hard believing the other reviews since those experiences were so drastically different than mine. Can't recommend enough!

Whole Heartedly agree with previous reviewer. I used them as my primary care physicians for over 3 years and at first it was great, Dr. Earp is an excellent physician. Appointments were same day and the staff was very well trained and courteous. As time went by, the appointments were no longer same day but next day, the staff was a little inept and seemed lost. Now, appointments are 5-6 days after you contact them and the staff is totally inept and downright rude. I understand doctors need to make money like everyone else, but you are way overbooked and understaffed. Dr. Dean Earp if you are reading this, consider leaving that practice and joining somewhere else or creating your own. I truly believe that enough patients will follow you anywhere you go. But please limit you practice to a certain number of patience you can attend to within a day. Thank you.

Substandard, inept office staff trumps good physician. We had high hopes for Dr. Earp and North Hills Family Medicine. But it appears that the maladroit and unequipped office staff are running the show--and doing a rather poor job of it. Either Dr. Earp and the other physicians at North Hills are unaware of this or they are content with the careless and lackadaisical and service that is offered by their practice.
