THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER – Like NotosJollyRoger we bought our truck in March and they never paid off our trade-in, I paid for tax and license cash and we do not have tags either. They did have a different story everytime and all of them were lies. I think the general manager is also a part of this dealership's scheme. how convenient he was the registered owner of our vehicle. People hire an attorney. The insurance company says it is not really theft. what do you call when you turn over a vehicle and they never paid off and you dont know where the vehicle is and it is still registered under your name? You are still liable for the loan and the vehicle. The owner should be prosecuted for theft along with the dealership's managers and everyone who knew this was going on and participated in the lies and deciept. Purchased a warranty for the truck and turns out we dont have one because the dealership never paid the warranty company. I have complained to the Attorney General, BBB, Chrysler and Texas Department of Motor Vehicles but it has not done any good. I think Sylvia romo's office should do more to help out the people in this situation because they also make it very difficult to solve this issue. We are already overwhelmed by all this and they make us jump through hoops! There is no time for all their procedures, we have to go to work to be able to pay for the damages created by the dealership.
WARNING THE OWNER IS A THIEF! – MY RATE IS 0 STARZ)-I bought a car from this place and they screwed me.They sold me the car took my check did not pay off the trade in and never would do the work promised to me.I would come back when they said to and would get a diff story everytime.Then all of the sudden the close???? I have a car with no title or tags, that i spent alot of money on and all i can do is look at it NOT drive it. I filed a report on them, now im finding out they have done this kinda thing to alot of folks and via what the police say it has happ b4. I mean come on you let them open back up? O and dont waste your time calling Chrysler they cant help is the story i got, all they can do is make a claim not because they r nolonger open!! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!
Most UNFRIENDLY Service center – I will NEVER use Mission Jeep for Anything again.. They have the most unfriendly and useless staff. Sent my Jeep in for repair and was told it was my fault the car was not running because my keys were to heavy... Car was back in the shop a day later with same repair... 5 different times they told me my keys were causing the problem...after 5th visit, they FINALLY discovered it was actually the starter going out...seriously... Fix it right the first time and don't blame your customers. I will spread the word throughout San Antonio that this dealership SUCKS.
Horrible Experience - Use Extreme Caution!!!! – If I could give them ZERO STARS, that's what they would get... Mission Chrysler sold us a brand new 2011 Dodge Ram Truck on April 26, 2011 for which we personally put down $25,000.00 cash and traded in our 2008 Dodge Ram Truck. The remaining balance due was financed through a bank which then paid off the balance of the new vehicle to Mission Chrysler. Well, here it is June 27th and OUR TRADE IN HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF YET!! Two full months later and NOTHING has been paid on our previous truck that we traded back in April. I am getting collection calls and now have two late payments reflected on my credit. No one will call me back from Mission, including the GM (Mr. Soto) and the Sales Manager (Mr. Erazo) nor anyone in their finance department. We were not given copies of our financing paperwork, we do not have the license plates for our new truck and they have made no effort whatsoever to make this right. They ignore my calls, put me on perpetual hold and never come back to the phone. I have no choice but to call the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, my attorney, and any news channel that will listen. THIS HAS TO BE ILLEGAL!! You cannot take in a trade and not pay it off. Basically, they have stollen our trade-in that we are still on the hook for AND we now owe payments on our new truck! In addition to this, they sold my mom a used car that we found out months later had been completely submerged in a flood and was never disclosed to her when she bought it. They promised her (and us) car wash passes that we have not received to this day. I am very upset and I strongly caution anyone thinking about buying a car there to reconsider and go somewhere reputable. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRADING IN A VEHICLE THAT HAS A LIENHOLDER. BEWARE!!! This is a very screwed up organization and the bottom line is, they don't care at all about their customers. We've been burned twice - so DON'T DO IT!!
Lousy – They do there best at selling you a car but after you sign the contract you are not treated as a customer unless you are there to buy another car. I will never buy another car from there or recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy it I had any.
Good Job – I have never wrote one of these praise letters before, but I had to. Mission Chrysler in San Antonio is great. From Sales to Service, I think they have done a great job and I wanted to write and give a pat on the back to all who work there. I had a small problem on Saturday so I call the tow service at Chrysler the lady was great, and I kept getting these call backs to let me know how far out they were. While waiting I call Paul at Mission and he said just bring it in and we will get right to it. After getting there Paul got me set and my car was back to me in 4 hrs. I have to say these people know what they are doing. So here I sit to write a letter in praise of their service and help. Keep up the good work Mission, you have my vote.
