Great customer serivce!. I wish you guys would get some Friday afternoon classes, and some spring classes as well. Overall great customer service, I think my dad and my brother would love to get into something like this. I will tell my family and friends who I think would take interest in these classes.

Professional. Rough, in a good way. I'm freakin tired and it takes a LOT to make me tired. All the trainers are so professional and helpful.

Great Instructors. Great instructors and excellent program! Every time I come here I have a really good workout. I always feel sore the next morning, so I know my workout was effective.

Exceeds my expectations. Still exceeds my expectations! I am more fit and have more endurance. It has been a great experience and I tell all of my friends about STW.

Great instructors. I'm so happy I joined Krav Maga Self Defense! I wanted to try something new and I'm always excited to go to classes. I give it my 110% effort. I really want to practice and become good. The instructors are really great and keep me motivated.
