Thank you for opening my eyes. I couldn't see past an intruder coming to the locked door and walking away. I want to be prepared for that person entering my classroonm.

The whole program is phenominal. I try to come 5x a week. This power punch today was a great workout.

Just wanted to say thank you so much to you and your dad for putting on the seminar. I know for a fact it impacted not only me, but both my daughters. If they only remember at least 1 thing from this event it will be a success! I can't wait to sign my other daughter up when she's 14. Your dad does a wonderful job of teaching the girls skills needed to possibly save their lives and I will be forever thankful that we did that class... Kudos to you and your dad and all his staff, you can tell this is truly a passion for all of you. P.S. I felt like I had been hit by a Mac truck the next day, he wasn't kidding when he said we'd be sore!!!

This is not your typical gym, it is challenging and got awesome results within a few months. Everyone is there for the same reason, that's why I enjoy this gym.
