Treasures to find. Of all the things I learned living in San Antonio, this was THE BEST shopping tip I received, "Check out Too Good to Be Threw". Great deals on really nice clothes, from hanging out with friends at the movies to that big job interview, and of course Rodeo season. I bought my wedding dress there, and had more attention from the employees than I had after three trips to the 'Bridal Specialty' stores. And though I didn't need alterations, that service was available. Several years ago I fell in love with a beautiful leather fringe vest, well-made, in a deep purple. Awesome deal on it. Only thing is, it cost me more to take it to the leather cleaners than it did to take my favorite garment home. And don't stop at this one, go on down inside the loop to the outlet--a whole new adventure in treasure finding awaits there.
