Horrible service. Three times in a 2 month period my take out was wrong. I called to let the them know for the first time and the manager barely spoke English and by the tone of his voice couldn't care less. I will never go here again and will tell all my friends and clientele not to go here. I'd say that's about 250 people that will never go to this dump. Better service plus my order is correct at Taco Cabana.

it's only average.... It's only 'average' and since it's in Alamo Heights, they think that one simple taco is worth $2.25. Whatever. There are much better places to eat without spending a small fortune, trust.

Keeps me coming back for more!. I first went there on a friday, loved it so much I went back on Sunday and Monday. I live about 45 mins from the Taco Garage but the drive is worth it. Food is always fresh and served hot. I like this restaurant because not only are the entrees good, but so are the refried beans, rice and the oh soooo tasty tortillas (made fresh to order). I LOVE the enchiladas verde and the smokey hot sauce (not too spicy). They also have some good combination plates. Skip the pricey Riverwalk and Market Square restaurants. Take your out of town guest to this spot. They'll love the food.

it's called Taco Garage. Great Mexican food.... enough said? Breakfast, lunch or dinner I've not been let down at the Taco Garage. I've eaten there more than a dozen times in the last year-or-so. It gets a little crowded on Saturday mornings, but that is a good sing of a place you want to eat.

Try the dark salsa. It you are into mole---try the mole enchalidas.

I'm a regular customer for a reason--The Food!
