Bad Service. I came here for a job. Me and another girl were both waiting for an interview. We both waited for a WHOLE HOUR. Even the manager knew we were there, but he kept on eating with his co-workers. The hostess was never around. The restaurant is unkept. Nobody ever asked us if we needed anything. I ended up leaving. I never went back.

It's no wonder I never see anyone eating at this place. Go somewhere else. Trust me, if they did this to me, I can't imagine what they'd do to a customer.

And oh yeah, thanks for offering me the job anyway. I found a better place to work where they actually care about their employees.

Best mexican food at Riverwalk!. Our concierge at the Sheraton recommended Acenar for lunch. The service was exellent and so was the food. Loved the decor as well as the unique food and drink choices.

I ordered the pork carnitas and a fresh lime/prickly pear margarita and my wife and daughter in law had the fish tacos with cocunut margaritas. My carnitas were the best I have ever had; the meat was flavorful and tender and arrived on a skillet fajita-style with onions and peppers. The handmade tortillas, guacamole and salsa were just as good. My wife and daugher in law also enjoyed their tacos. I would have to say that for the price, service, quality, portions and taste...that this will soon be known widely as the best mexican restaurant on riverwalk!

The worst chicken tortilla soup to date. The entrees were strictly OK, but the chicken tortilla soup was so bad i couldn't take more than a bite. the "tomato based broth" actually tasted like canned tomato paste. Big disappointment.
