Public Health Clinic. This is not a medical practice. This is where you go if you have an STD or an obesity related disability. If you are interested in your health, have a job, really don't have all day to sit around a filthy noisy waiting room, and speak English go elsewhere. I waited 105 minutes and left--even some of the disability fraud types left--this guy is a medicare parasite not a doctor.
