Awful AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to get a $9.00 credit after being overcharged since August 13th. It is now September 22nd. We have been told by TWO different managers (ALMA most recently) and TWO employees that the credit has been issued and all is resolved. IT IS NOT. Aside from that, we were told on FOUR occasions that we would receive a returned phone call, which never happened. We were also told twice that we would receive an email confirmation for the credit; never received that. Each time we called we were told, "wow, I can't believe it's taken this long for a $9.00 credit." EXACTLY OUR THOUGHTS, SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Extremely disappointed in their customer service.
Chemical Peel- Rob.
I had a Chemical peel done on March 24 and had an allergic reaction to the peel. I had told Rob that I had sensitive skin but he went ahead with a mild peel.
Saturday evening, I washed the product off and my face was burning. I thought it would go away by the morning. I then washed my face the next morning with the products given to me and noticed that I had small red bumps (almost like hives) and it was really red. After using the products as directed my face still hurt. Monday, my face still felt like it burned, so I called Rob several times on his Cell phone (I knew he only worked Wed- Sat at the spa). He never returned my call, so I finally texted him. This was his response to me text: "It’s not really normal but not too usually either. Sometimes I'm a little more sensitive after a peel too. You can try not using the Apres peel and see if your skin is any calmer. Just be patient and your skin should settle down in the next few days. Call me if you need anything else."
In all respect, I would like to say he stated I would peel and it would burn a little, but I finally called my primary care doctor. She looked at it and referred me to dermatology and they stated I had a bad reaction. Needless to say, this is the 4th day I have used the products given to me to wash my face and it still burns. This was a bad idea and I will never have a peel again or refer anyone to have this done. I am upset because I have to deal a lot of people at work(face to face). It’s embarrassing that I have to explain my rash on my face.
Must see Lisa!. Lisa is one of the very best massage therapists I've had the pleasure of meeting. I have a history of back and neck problems, requiring spinal injections, physical therapy and neck braces. It was awesome, it seemed as if she knew where I was experiencing the most pain. Sometimes massages make me uncomfortable, but she was incredibly professional. I bought my boyfriend a massage with Lisa before for his birthday. I always worry about if reviews are valid, , I want to mention that I don't know Lisa and have been to Spa D'Sante one time. :)

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the spa was now offering skin care.
I went in for a facial, I was a little taken aback that the service was provided by a man but I have to say Rob was wonderful! He is very professional and the facial was one of the most relaxing experiences I have had at a salon. The products were great and I left with my skin looking beautiful.

Great Experience!!!. I have been going to them about 3 years, since a friend told me about it, and I love it. One time I went in with a stiff neck and they offered to do a different job than what I requested at no extra charge. I came out like I was floating. Their service hooked me more than their prices. I recommend it to all my friends,
Are we in school???. I can't believe how Spa D's ante run their business. I also purchased a gift card for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and she ended up very sick because I had the flu and gave it to her. Her appointment was on a Sunday and when she called to explain it, they told her that she should call back later in the week to reschedule and when she tried a few days later, she was told that she needed a doctor's note. Are we back in grade school??? When I called to talk to the manager, I got the shaft and have STILL been waiting for a manager to call. My friend who recommended the place feels really bad now and she says she will think twice before going there.

They voided my gift card, how could that be possible? Just because I miss my appointment they wouldnt take it anymore. My husband gave me two gift cards for christmas. Planning on using the mud wrap, but they voided for not showing! Is a gift card for god sake, ($95 value), the lady there told me to use the other one then and lose the mud wrap.
They never told me about their policies. Plus she said I got an email for confirmation and policies, but I never got it because she misspelled it in the first place!!!! So be careful and think twice. It was going to be my first time, plus I just got to this country 11 months ago and had a baby two months before I had my appointment and ready to be pampered.
I file a complaint to the BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!!!!!
Worst Massage Ever!. It was so bad I made her stop. What a waste of my time! There's a reason their prices are so low - because no one in their right mind would pay full price.
