TERRIBLE. Let me echo the bad reviews already listed here: slow, cold, mediocre food, wrong order, no attempt to make it right. Free soda that was offered if we paid in cash? Not delivered.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!. I manage a hotel downtown and if it is not their pizza flyers under our doors it is our guests whom order & wait over 2-5 hrs for pizza and when it arrives it seems as if they dropped it in the parking lot and or ran over it.. Not to mention it is always cold and nasty!! Hotels need to do something about these people. And guest at hotels need to stop trying to save a buck and just order what they know.. Dominoes or Pizza Hut.. Don't try and save a buck please for your own health this place will definitely put a bad taste in your mouth!
My order was 1.5 hours late. The order was wrong food and soda. I was hung up on 5 times. I had not be rude, I had not asked for a refund. I simply was trying to asked if the driver had the correct soda and could bring them.
When I called to try ask questions the next day I was put on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes each time. They said they were getting the manger. I hung up and called again. They person said the manager is gone and it's over. we are not brining you soda. We sent the wrong one and that's it leave us alone.
I never asked for my money back, a new pizza with the correct toppings. I never raised my voice. Trying to understand the hoslity from Pizano's I called back several times, each time i was hung up on.
I am filling a complaint with the better BBB and hope no one is treated this way. Honestly, I wanted Dominos but they don't deliver to the hotel I am staying in.
Please don't eat here.
discusting dont ever try. location 90 and 410. they are rude when you call they take way longer than they say they will to deliver. they dont bring everything you ordered they charge for delivery and it seems they put ther tip on there already they charge more than what they tell you. after calling and calling to speak to managment the guy finnally says he's the manager after denying it when i called again he decides he is the owner and i would be refunded nothing on my account yet....this was 12-4-09 im waiting..save yourself money time and a headache dont try them the food is not good at all pizza toppings are scarce and the wings are burned and nasty.. never will recomend this to anyone
the food is ok. the delivery boys are slobs. a guy brought my food, and didnt have any change with him. thats an easy way to force a tip. they are extremely unprofessional, and look like friggen criminals.
the management is rude, and in a hurry. they are quick to hang up on their customers....chicken parmasean? it was spaghetti with lunch meat chicken on it. WEAK!
dont order from these guys, its a gamble every time!
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!. We ordered from Piezano's and were shorted on our order. It wasn't a problem until we called back THREE times with nothing being resolved. It was promised that someone was on their way with the solution. Nothing happened. We gave over an hour and a half. When I called the 3rd time, I was hung up on. On the fourth time, the manager was not available. We spoke to the front desk and we were told that these people were NOT allowed in. Do NOT order from this pizzaria. They are NOT worth it!

I have been reading these reviews and please know for those of you that stay at hotels, "We do NOT allow this company on our hotel property!" Each time you find a flier under your door it is because they send out people to sneak into the hotel and place the fliers under the doors.
The only thing SAPD can do is charge the person with a criminal warning and if THAT particular person comes back on the property then SAPD can pick that person up. This is how the Pizza place works the system!! A good rule of thumb is to order from known pizza places ie Pappa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Hut etc.
The hotels are diligently working on a solution in regards to this matter, so again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!
handsome driver no 2ltrs but 12oz cans. hey people. ive been reading all these reviews,,, but yea the guy sounded a little harsh on the phone. but perhaps he was having a bad day. but he calmed himself down and changed his tone. so like everyone else we got the flier under our door. we stayed at the OMNI. that hotel is fantastic. now wre from out of town so the people in san antonio look different to us, but we ordered our food and they said 45-55 minutes... well they ended up shoing up in 1 hour and 15 minutes. we ordered to of the sports specials, we had a huge group, and the driver had it all when he brought it up to us. which surprized up... even back home they mess up, but this delivery driver, who by the way said he was a "transporter" and not a delivery guy,because he transports paid for product to the paying customer... had alll of our order and we gave him a $21.00 tip... well most of us girls were in agreement saying that he wasnt an ordinary pizza guy, and we told him by the way, he asked us why.... we all said in unison..." because youre so cute!" he kinda blushed a little bit... but kept his composure and was just trying to conduct business...but there was one bad thing,,, we ordered two 2ltrs... but recieved 10 twelve ounce cand instead... we noticed this as the HANDSOME delivery driver who had braids in his hair and had a great fashion sence... very color coordinated. i asked him if he was puerto rican because my girlfriends said that he was and said what do you think... then he showed me his tatoo... great body....and it was all good
BAD Customer Service. We order from this pizza place b/c we thought it would be convient but guess what NO. I was in San Antonio for a softball tourney w/the family. There was a total of 8 of us so we went with there family special for around $32 sounded good. Well they were out of hot wings so sub for mozz sticks so ok fine. It took over a hour to get 2 pizzas and some bread stick... question what happed to the cheese sticks, lasagna and spagetti? They said they'd it right back to me HELLO an hour later still didn't get what was missing. Asked them to cancel my card refund the money they sttd ok no problem. I call back 2 weeks later talked to asst manger still no refund a week later. Oh let me tell I tried one more time and guess what still no refund!!! It's not the point that i'm hard up but when you run a buisness you have to do it right. Considering I'm the type that not to calm about things like this I was actually trying to work w/these people. So thanks for BAD SERVICE and now we have word of internet to pass along this information!!!
worst food and service.
we ordered after finding a flyer under our hotel door. they were out of wings and were told they would sub. cheese sticks which we said fine to please send some dipping sauce. it was delivered on time by a deaf delivery guy who wanted us to pay him again, we had already paid with a card over the phone. we had to call the restaurant back at which point we signed the bill and he left.
our cheese sticks turned out to be a uncooked pizza crust, no sauce!
i called to complain and was hung up on not once but at least five times. asked for the manager was told he was not there.
the hotel manager called and was hung up on also, was given the wrong address when she asked for it. she got the correct address from the internet.
we were charged $18.00 for this and treated very rudely.
when we come into san antonio it's to take my husband to the v.a. hospital. the hotel we stay at is where most of the veterans stay when they have appointments. most of them are on fixed incomes, these are the people that this so called " pizzaria' is taking advantage of.
they need to be colsed down, because places like this are given the bad reviews but the city that keeps allowing them to continue are getting the bad reviews also.
san antonio close them down!!!!
