WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

well where shall i begin..recently i went to visit this store that i have heard so much about, "Serendipity." i was told by a very close friend of mine that its a must to shop at for fashion jewelry, well i went along w my bf, and to my surprise i did find some great "finds" but some of their fashion jewelry is way overprized, i should know i buy wholesale, i run my own business, well newho, i bought several pairs of earrings & bracelets just, total around 145.00. i do alot of online research so i know which items are being sold just above their cost lol well newho, i was in line at the check out, and their was this white lady ahead of me, and she paid w her credit card, so when it came time for myself to pay the chubby short chinese lady ask me very rudely for my i.d, i was shocked n insulted, i told her that i refused to show her my i.d., n i asked her why she didnt ask the white lady ahead of me for her identification?..she spoke in her native language to another chinese, an older woman, and said its policy, well i said fine, but you should realize, that just because im young and of spanish decent doesnt make me a thief, she didnt respond, neither did, well when we finally got home, i realized that 2 pairs of the earrings were defective, so i called nxt morning n spoke to a "francis" and he explained that they dont do returns or exchanges on earrings, which i understood, but i explained that they were plainy defective, one earring was set reversed, he agreed to the exchange, so i drove back into town the next day. well once again those mean chinese women started to argue w me that they dont "do" exchanges or returns infront of customers, i kept my cool, im a well educated young man and very well mannered, so i calmly explained to her that i live in the hills of helotes, and the only reason i drove back into the city was for this exchange that was agrred upon, she started yelling in her native language again, and i told her a lil outloud that she sold me defective merchandised, and all i want is an exchange, after 10 minutes of her ranting n raving in her language, she agreed to the exchanged, now right when i was about to leave, she told me very rudely next time check your merchandise before you buy it...well then i informed her maybe they should be more careful when checking in their merchandised and not sell defective products to the buying public. now will i ever return, HELL NO..!! they need to realize that just becuase sum of us are not white, we shouldnt be discriminated upon, both myself and my bf make 6 figures each, were young professionals, and we have plenty of other business's who are willing to take our money....btw look into www.bosukjewelry & www.yktrading & www.fashionjewelry21 and see how "serendipity" is price guaging customers...!!
