Very Professinal and hard Working. Not only was Alpha and Omega the best deal for our move, having gotten quotes from about 4 other moving companies in San Antonio, there were also the most efficient. The manager Brandan came out to our home to look at the amount of furniture than we had, he showed up on time and was friendly and courteous while giving us the qoute. The day of the move I was bit nervous when I saw only Brandan and Clay his associate with the truck. I had a 4 bedroom 2500 sq. ft. home to move in one day. I was very impressed with how fast and careful this team was. They took extra care to ensure that we made the move as easy as possible. I would definitely use and recommend this company to friends and family and use them ifIi ever need to move again. Brandan and clay were both hard working, polite and very professional.

Alpha Omega Movers To The Rescue. This is the second time we have used this company. Once again, the crew was on time, professional, and speedy. The Best. I have use this company a few times ( I move a lot) and the have always been prompt and professional. The movers are careful and friendly. Other movers in the area have always let me down and Alpha and Omega deliver what they promise.

Alpha Omega Movers - The Worst!. The worst movers we have ever used. Absolute disaster. If you care about your possessions, avoid this company. Forget about the contract you signed with them. They certainly will.

Fast & Professional. Recently my family was relocated to San Antonio. With no family, friends or co-works here that I could bribe to help me unload our U-Haul I was lost. After driving 3 days from New York, we were in no shape to man handle our furniture out of the truck. Our realtor suggested Alpha Omega, so I made the call. The guys showed up right on time & wasted no time getting at it. They moved so fast, my wife & I had trouble keeping up with where all the boxes were going. The guys even helped us put together some of our larger pieces of furniture. I will definately be calling them back for the move from our rental into our new house - when ever that happens...Thanks guys

Great experience. Hello, This company rocks. Was a little worried about finding a good san antonio moving company. Was reffered by a friend to Alpha Omega and was not dissapointed in any way. Upon arrival they got right to work, they even tied all the loose ends up for me,made sure they used shrinkwrap and furniture pads on everything. Alpha Omega Movers is your best choice for San Antonio Movers

Excellent Moving Company. Greetings,

I had the pleasure of using Alpha and Omega Movers in August 2010. I had a very good experience. I was executing the move by myself and they made the experience painless.

The movers were on time and they provided valuable guidance. I was unable to wrap some of the dressers in my bedroom, and the movers did it for me on the spot. I had clothes that had fell behind the dresser drawers, and they took the time to show me how to pop the drawers out for future reference. None of my belongings were broken or dented. That's all ways a plus. In addition, none of the walls of the location I was moving from were dented or scratched.

They guys had great attitudes and even helped me out with determining the size of the storage unit that was needed.

I would definitely recommend someone to utilize this company. I will be using them again in the very near future.

Terrible - DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is not a case of report abuse. I would not waste my time to write a review if it were not the truth.

1. Movers arrived late to begin with, we called the office, no answer.

2. They slide my furniture down the stairs, when I protested, they told me, the carpet protects my furniture. My dresser and armoir has dents and sratches due to this. I have done many moves, movers never did that before. All other movers use moving straps.

3. They were on their cell phones, more than they worked.

4. They charged me $90 for their hour lunch hour, had to fight to get that back.

5. Unprepared, they did not have enough blankets, had to make 2 trips, to unload and reload. Which of course incurred more hourly charges.

6. One mover was on his cell, stating to someone he had to call his attorney, and get his bond set. SO THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITH A CRIMINAL PAST AND SEND THEM TO YOUR HOME

7. They were fighting amongst themselves. One mover asked my husband to drive him to a location where he could be picked up. Other 2 movers refused to drive him back to their office, my husband had to DRIVE HIM TO A LOCATION FOR PICK UP

8. They damaged my like new refrigerator, scratches, dents, beyond repair, etc. Then blamed it on my husband holding the door for them to get it out. They said he got in the way, which incurred the damages.

9: My roll top desk, was left in 2 pieces, with only shrink wrap, no padding, the handle is of the door is a mess.

10. I told them to wrap my furniture BEFORE it left the house, I was told on certain pieces it would be wrapped in the truck. My dining room table has a huge scratch in it. Repair people have to take it to the shop to repair it.

11. In my brand new home they hit the top of the master bedroom door frame with bed rails and damaged it, also the front door frame all damaged when they brought in the fridge.

12. I did buy Baker International Insurance, and then movers wrote a 6 page letter to Baker stating the reason they damaged the fridge because my husband got in the way by holdng the door.

13. Baker International refused to fix the fridge because of this statement, they gave $250.00 on a new $1600 fridge. Even though I paid for replacement value insurance. So Alpha Omega Movers lied on top of it.

14. Ben, the owner, evertime I called, put me off as much as possible, told me to write a letter with the damages, certify it and send through the mail, he stated it is required by law and TXDOT. I did so, and advised Pam (the other owner) that the certified letter was in the mail. The certified letter was retuned to us complete, as never picked up. So much for the letter being law and required by TXDOT.

15. I would never use these movers again, I am sure the other reviews are from family members and friends. I am going to post this review in as many places on the internet as possible and then some.
