I went into the store distraught because my computer just stopped working. I was greeted immediately by a nice gentleman named Herman. He asked me very concerned, "so what is it doing?" I explained that it simply stopped working. He plugged it in and of course it powered up immediately (I couldn't even get it to power on at home). He opened the computer and to my horror, there was a ton of dust inside. He said very matter-of-factly, "yes, you see the fan, there is quite a bit of dust there. It can really clog it up and make it shut itself down as not to overheat". Then, cheerfully said, "let me take it to the back and blow it out for you". He proceeded to take it to the back and in maybe a minute or two came back with the computer and said, "that should take care of it". No charge.

Not for a second did he make me feel bad or dumb that it was simply DIRTY!! I left the store feeling worthy of his attention and not one little bit ashamed of my lack of "computer knowledge".

I appreciate Herman's sincere concern to help me fix my problem and will without hesitation seek his advice if I ever need computer assistance again. He is a true asset to PC Outlet!!

Went to PC Outlet to possibly purchase a desktop and was shown a laptop by Zach Grammy. He was a big help and explained alot of things about differences in each laptop. I would highly recommend PC Outlet to purchase refurbished laptop. Works great.

Great help, I was looking for some cables and adapters for my computer, and Zach was readily available, and always willing to help, store really organized and clean.

Everything started out okay, brought in an ipad with a broken screen. No problem, be ready tomorrow. Show up the following day, aw man we were sooo busy, I'll get a tech on it now. It will be ready tomorrow. This time I call before I go and I get, the tech is on it right now. Thought he was getting on it yesterday, I said. So the third day comes. I give them the entire day before I call at 5pm. The tech is on it right now. Really?? because thats what you have told me the last two days. According to youtube, this repair takes 11 mins. Silence on the phone. It will be ready when you get here.

Becareful with the promise date. Their phone recording says they have 9 techs, I guess they are all on vacation.

Great Customer Service. I needed some memory for my laptop. I'm not an expert with computers, but April took the time to explain what I needed. She even installed it for me. Thanks a million.

Computer Repairs at a Great Price. Went to best buy. They wanted $150 just to troubleshoot the problem. These guys charged me $60 for the troubleshooting the problem then applied that amount to the total amount. Customer Service was excellent. They also have a really cool fish tank.

WOW! I can't believe a place like this exists!. I had not been in this shop in I'd say... 4 years. WOW! How it's changed! This does not look like a pawn shop or the shelves in Goodwill anymore! The place has been upgraded with this gorgeous stained concrete floor, an amazing HUUUUUGE aquarium and a BIG SCREEN TV! This place must be doing well and the owner obviously cares for his store and his customer's experience. You just don't see a family run business prosper like this anymore, especially in this economy. All the fabulous upgrades didn't affect their cheap prices. I'll be back!

Great place for savvy customers. I have been to both the NW 410, and southside locations on several occasions and always found a great deal. With in the past 5 years I have bought several computers (including the one for my mother) that are all still working to this day. This business specializes in refurbishing dell equipment and they back up their work with a 60 day warranty.

I would ignore the review by 007 or anyone not smart enough to know 1.8 x 2 = 3.6. Those people should buy all their electronics from walmart. I did have a bad experience at the south side location where a sales rep charged me twice for a small item. I have heard the guy has been fired and this could happen anywhere.

Try not to be put off by the lack of aesthetics when you walk in as the place is reminiscent of a warehouse and just remember how much money you are going to save.
