bad customer service. clld to register and was asked very personal questions over the phone by call center personnel including ssn, dob, marital status, while I was on the phone they were running what little personal info I gave on their computer. Apparently they want to know your credit worthiness before they even set up an appt for you. Their registration process is a good way to become a victim of identity theft.
