poor billing experience. Although the MRI I had at Stone Oak MRI went fine, I unexpectedly received a bill from them 2 years after the MRI! After calling their billing department to try to work something out since it was now 2 years after the fact, and I honestly couldn't be sure if I had paid this bill before or not, I was told they had started sending bills 9 months after the procedure. They told me to check with my mail carrier to make sure they'd been delivering my mail! Are you kidding me?! It was such an unprofessional call, and I was made to feel like a delinquent liar! I will never use this place again!
