BEWARE!!! As of today I have yet to receive a refund that is due to me since Smooth Solutions closed their Austin, Texas location over two (2) years ago. I have left messages to Kim (Account Manager) and to Steven Finder, MD. Have they have NOT call me back. According to their letters they sent, they will issue refunds once they are able to.

From what I understand, Jeffrey Adelglass, MD acquired the Plano/DFW (Smooth Solutions) locations in September 2012 for undisclosed amount. If that is the case, shouldn't Dr Finder be able to give the refunds to those who requested it?

Do not go there. They use higher laser setting.... An untrained technician burned me. A year later I still have dark spots on my skin. The owner of the place told me that they intentionally use higher level laser setting to that they are "more effective" than other hair removal salons. Obviously, safety is not a priority. I have fair skin and they used much to high laser setting, hence, the burns.
