Why this “company” has an “F” BBB rating:

Owners that:

1) Refuse to provide a copy of your upon request.

2) Do not return calls for months and do not “do e-mail” (sic).

3) Will not provide you with a COMPLETE estate inventory.

4) Will take your estate, mislabel the items and sell them in someone else’s name; or keep them (I cannot be certain).

5) Will not provide prompt payment as stipulated in the contract.

6) Will deny access to their “warehouse” in order for you to retrieve your “lost” items.

7) Will oddly refuse mediation with the BBB.

8) Will be inappropriately rude and defensive with their customers.

9) Manage a store that can only be described as a hoarder’s delight.

Use their services at your own risk.
