CHECK OUT IS A NIGHTMARE. Wal-Mart is trying to cut their staff so check out is a nightmare. You think they will at least staff more during weekend. I have to wait for 30 minutes just to go through express check out. People with cart load are going through express check out. When cashier run into problem they can not find a manager to help them. Cashier are taking their time and chatting with each other despite the long line and long wait. They don’t care anymore. This reminds me of how K Mart went out of business. K Mart had good prices but their customer service and check out is so bad that people just stop going there.
