I had a wonderful time
by jaicee at Citysearch
This place was so lovely and I felt so great after leaving. My skin was in need for some serious attention. I just want to say thank you for the service and keep up the great work! The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I must confess, I am a woman that loves spas and salons. Getting pampered is something I try to do four times a month at the very least. Skin care, pedicures, massage, all of this is very important when a woman has a very crazy schedule. I will defienetly be back. I was treated very badly at a poorly ran spa near my neighborhood recently. So I felt lucky to discover such a nice place. Im making an appointment for both my daughters today! Thank You!
Wonderful Experience!

I love getting pampered here and everyone is very professional and nice. It's very clean and and calm when you enter the office.
I have a facial scheduled today and I can't wait. If you're looking for a knowledgeable place to go for skincare needs, this is the place!
Luxury treatment in a medical office

I'm a seasoned veteran when it comes to skin care, so I was delighted when I found Julie at the Skin Institute. She really takes the time to discuss your problem areas with you and suggests different options to go about correcting them. She's very gentle and has a very nice touch. I'm a massage therapist myself and decided to book a massage with Julie after the facial I had with her due to my LOVING the massage portion of the facial. She took the time to massage my face and neck, arms, hands, and feet...it wasn't rushed at all. I'm always looking for a good massage therapist and I think I finally found one! I also had an eyebrow wax done during my visit. I'm very sensitive when it comes to waxing and I wasn't even red when I left there! Julie made sure that I was satisfied with the shape and more than willingly cleaned a few stray hairs that I saw. I'm going back to see her today for a microdermabrasion and a massage...I can't wait!
- Pros: Super nice staff! Very clean office and nicely decorated!
- Cons: Having to leave!

This was my first facial ever, and it feels great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Booking the appointment online was very convenient! Definately will be back!

- Cons: more facials option
