Terrible!. Tried this restaurant for the first time the other day and the assistant manager, Danille, was beyond rude! I suggested that they offer fruit as a choice at no extra charge instead of chips or a cookie and she was very curt with me rather than thanking me for this suggestion. When I told her Panera Bread, (who is opening a new restaurant just down the street from them) does this and they might want to do the same, she responded rudely "We are well aware of what our competition is doing." Ouch! We thought about telling the manager of her behavior, but overall the whole staff seemed to be negative. We even saw Danielle fighting with someone in the back.

Even worse, the food was just beyond blah and not worth the money. It was also uncomfortably hot in the restaurant. Needless to say, we will never waste our money there again! When Panera Bread opens, I think it will be a moot point anyway.

they don't know what a sandwich is. We tried the new restaurant on McCullough and we were very disappointed. They claim to have gourmet sandwiches, but they don't know the meaning of the word. What little filling that was in the sandwiches was tasteless. I had the club on a croissant, the ham and turkey was watery and tasteless. I know it was processed lunchern meat. The roll was rubbery. I thought croissant were suppose to be light and flaky not chewy and hard. My wife had a salad which she asked for the dressing on the side but didn't get.The salad was drowning in dressing and not very good salad dressing; it was too sweet. I tried to get someone to replace it, but no one ever came back to our table, and at the counter, they never sent some one to our table. My wife tried to eat it but there was too much dressing and not much else. She likes greens, but for the price, we were expect more vegetables. We will never return. I'm not willing to pay for bad food at high prices.

Great food and pleasant atmosphere!. Desserts at the Hearthstone are delicious. Love the Alicia's club sandwich with the avocado and turkey. Healthy options available in a wide variety of foods. Just plain good!

A Great Find. Hidden away in the Forum shopping center, this place has been a great find for us and a go to place for us when we need some good food to-go. The soups, particularly the Tomato Basil, are fantastic. I am a fan of Panini's and they have several to choose from. My wife loves the Craberry Balsamic Salad and the Ceasar is good too. I have even had the muffaletta which isn't bad, but I am very fond of New Orleans Muffalettas. While recently waiting to pickup our order, i noticed some great looking desserts and boy was the peanut butter brownie to die for. I think there is WIFI available for those of you looking to work over lunch. Overall, I really enjoy this place because it does have some original menu items and is not a big chain boring sandwhich shop.
