“ABC’s lawn maintenance service will groom your lawn and grounds with precision and care. Let us do all the work so you can relax.” This was what I thought I was going to receive. My contract says "we are please to present the following proposal mow, edge, trim and shape shrubs, deweed beds, pick leaves". I have yet to consistently receive the trim and shape shrubs, deweed beds, and pick up leaves. They told me my liriope would be hand trimmed, instead they used a weedeater and hacked them up. The crew that services my lawn is either unwilling or unable to deliver the service I am paying for and have been told that I will receive. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I have received, rather have not received. I want to cancel my contract, before any more damage is done to my plants.
