CHARGES TWICE FOR THE SAME DINNER!!.
I received outrageously bad service at your Village Inn Restaurant at 6519 FM 78 San Antonio, TX 78244 Tel. (210) 661-0011.
I went there to eat dinner on 17 May 2007, and was charged $32.69 TWICE!!!
It seems that your equipment is faulty, and it ocasionally double bills credit card transactions.
That would be merely an understandable error if it did not require a long and arduous process to obtain a refund.
The double charge took place on the 17th, and I notified the manager, Joe Coronado in person at the store on the following day.
I was told that there was nothing they could do until MONDAY.
I also contacted your corporate TREASURY department, and got nowhere.
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of this week I phoned the restaurant. No results!!
Today I phoned the restaurant and gave them my credit card number so they could reverse the charges. As of this writing, I still have not received a refund.
It is OUTRAGEOUS to charge a client TWICE for dinner, and then take over a week to refund his money.
You must learn to be more responsive to your customers.
You do not even have a proper compplaint line, what do people without computers do to contact you???
You kept money that wasn't yours, and you took up way too much of my time.
I am a regular customer, and I eat dinner there at least 2-3 times weekly.
You have tried my patience beyond any reasonable limit.
