The BEST decision!. I have been wanting my tattoo removed for about 10 years and finally got up the courage to do it. I found Medermis Laser Clinic online and made an appointment. I was very apprehensive about all the glowing reviews (thinking they were fake), but after I met with Iris, I decided then and there to start my treatment. She told me it would take 6-8 sessions, and it actually only took four. I finished up last week. She and the rest of the staff were nothing less than professional, courteous and friendly. Honestly I think the one star poster is confused and talking about another company. It is polar opposite from my experience, and to call Iris a witch is cruel, ridiculous, and in no way accurate. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with in a professional setting.

As for the tattoo removal itself, she takes you in a room and you lie on a small bed. She places an ice pack on the tattoo for about 5 minutes. Then she removes it and puts a bigger ice pack on for about 30 seconds. Then she goes to work with the laser. I felt absolutely nothing. Seriously. Nothing! The ice numbs your skin so all you feel is a bit of pressure where the laser is hitting you. I had to laugh when it was over.

If you have been thinking about having yours removed, I HIGHLY recommend Medermis. I had a 1"x1" tattoo removed for about $280 and four treatments. Way cheaper and much less painful than I ever expected.

Horrible Customer Service, overpriced. This place is a joke. Ya, they have a great web-site and facebook page, but walk into the San Antonio location and you will get something else. I met some lady who didn't give me her name or business card and we did our consultation. This lady was dressed very unprofessional and gave me such a bad vibe. She didn't explain the process, show me the laser, or give me any literature to take home. She just looked at my tattoos and tried to sell me a package right off the bat without even giving me any information. She said that they don't pressure people but that is all she was doing. I found somewhere else who has the same laser and is charging a 3rd of the price. I would hate to have to deal with this witch on a regular basis. Don't waste your time dealing with this place. Two thumbs down!!!

Great Job!!. I've been hesitant to get my tattoo removed because I wasn't able to find a good place that I was comfortable with. The staff at Medermis made me feel relaxed and they were very helpful and friendly. It only took one treatment and my tattoo is gone. If you're looking for a professional and friendly staff, then this is the place.

Thanks Lonestar!. You may think that a laser tattoo removal clinic being located in a tattoo shop is strange, but Lonestar Clinic has got it down! Element Tattoo is a very clean and cool tatt shop. Lonestar uses the tatt shop once a month to remove tattoos and they are the best! They use the best equipment and Martha (the laser tech) is awesome! She really knows what she is doing and it's fast and not as painful as I was expecting. Did I mention that the prices are amazing! What would have been $1000's in the past is now $100's.

Check them out - I really recommend them.

My forehead is no longer an embarrasment.. One time me and this guy I know got really drunk. I did some stupid things that night, but penicillin took care of most of them. The one thing it couldn't fix is the phrase "sexxay grampaw" that was tatooed on my forehead. 2 years of agony were erased thanks to LoneStar.

Total Dedication. It took me some time to make my decision on where to get my tattoo removed. After several emails with Lone Star and a couple of phone calls, I knew they were the clinic that had it all together. I have heard so many horror stories about these sorts of procedures, so by doing my homework on the front side, I was able to determine that with the experience, training and background that the laser techs have at Lone Star Laser Clinic, they were the right choice. I have had 2 treatments already, and indeed, they are awesome! Martha is exceptionally good at what she does. Everyone in the clinic is very caring and they are available any time to answer questions...even on a Sunday morning! The experience they have goes a long way and it shows. Speaking for myself and all the patients that Lone Star sees...thank you very much. ~DR

Thank you!. Lonestar Laser is my HERO! My past is one where tattoos were symbols of tribe, not today?s trend. They all had a story, right? Although, I?ve made peace with the destructive history, behind me, I still had the past glaring me in the face, every time I looked in the mirror. I had obvious scarring from previous laser removal, so I came in skeptical, but motivated to be rid of tattoos. Because of their calm, confident demeanor, superb skill with a laser, and LoneStar Laser Clinic?s professional style, I became confident that I was in good hands. The results went beyond my expectations. I originally believed I?d only come in for 1 tattoo removal, but I?m so excited about the results that I?m going to go for removing all of them. tattoo remover best. lone star laser clinic has changed my life when i was 17 i got a tatto that i that looked good tome then later in life 100 lbs later and 5 kids the tatto does not fit my life style any more i drive 4 hours just to go see martha every 8 weeks to finally say good by to my tatoo

Great Customer Service. When I decided to remove my tattoo I was very skeptical and nervous about the procedure. The laser technicians were very educated on this procedure, which made me feel very comfortable and less nervous. The laser techs were patient and friendly through out the procedure. It's very uncommon to find such helpful, understanding people now adays. The quality of their customer service extended even after I left their office. The laser tech followed up with me a few days later, to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything to call them anytime for their help. I have recommended their services to all my friends and anybody else. Not only am I happy with the treatment I have recieved with them, I plan to get other skin services from them. the offer this amazing laser rejuvination treatment that helps acne and acne scars. I can't wait to start and let you know how it's going.
