I knew this place was a rip off from the moment I walked in and the sales woman said "some dresses are on sale but they are not marked". The aim is clearly to have you choose a dress you like no matter the price tag. If they had beautiful quality gowns that would not be such a bad thing...but brides be ware the quality does not match the price! Appointments are useless. In fact once they knew my budget they ignored us completely and attended to another walk-in customer. They showed me where the dresses are located by size, but don't help you get into the dresses (too busy attending to the other customer). Don't waste your time here. I am happy to say I found my dress somewhere else.

I Went to Glamour bridal after soooo many store to visit and losing my time

The customer service is excellent they help me find the perfect wedding dress and the prices are unavailable, my budget was $1000.00 and they give my a great deal on a Brand name dress,, I will recommend you to go to Glamour Bridal first. they will make your special day incredible they carry everything you need. and if they don't have it is because you don't need it

BEST PLACE IN TOWN !!!!!. BEST, BEST, BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to so many stores in town like Debi's, Eduardo's, Davis, Letty's and many more. The customer service in these stores were AWFUL!!!.. sooooo after so many stores i finally decided to go to Glamour Bridal hoping to finally find what i needed. The costumer service was GREAT!!!!!!!! they really helped me find the right dress for my daughter and with a great deal package that included EVERYTHING. i really recommend going to this store if you want good customer service and quality dresses

Horrible Service!!. Please do not go to this place! I had the worst experience ever. At first the people were very friendly and helpful. I had 11 bridesmaids so I was there quite a bit. They placed the order for my girls in october and said the dresses would be in the last week of December. So Jan 1st I didn't panic, I gave them another week and called 2nd week of Jan. They said the dresses should be here in 2 weeks. Ok, so I called the last week of Jan and to my surprise they told me they couldn't get a hold of the dress company and don't know if they've been shipped yet. I'm not one to go off on people so I was very calm. The owner suggested I find another bm dress so they could place a new order,mind you my wedding was in 1 month. I agreed, but quickly changd my mind after my MOH told me this was their mistake and we shouldn't have to settle for something else. So, the next 2 days these people finally got a hold of the company and the dresses came in the next week, 2 1/2 weeks before my wedding!! The problems didn't stop there. They tried to charge a few of my girls $20 more for their dresses, saying it was because they were size 18 and over.That was crap because one o the girls was an 18 and her price was right. So I went to the store with my MOH and got her refund and payed for all my girls dresses myself because I never wanted to have to talk to them again. To top it off,I ordered a different color for my MOH and they got that wrong too,she ended up wearing the same color as everyone else. I'm not sure if it was too big a wedding party for them or if they were trying to rip us off but I definitely do not recommend this place. I'm so glad I didn't decide to rent the guy's tuxedos here.
