BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went here to get my hair cut short, I originally had it almost to my waist. I wanted a bob with the hair in the back short and it longer in the front. I repeated over that I wanted the back one length. The hair dresser there I guess didn't understand much but she insisted I get the victoria beckham bob which had multiple layers. I said again I wanted it one length and she continued to do the multiple layers. After styling it didn't look that bad, figured I might be able to make it work but after washing it and doing it myself, it looked awful in the back. I even got comments from my friends to not worry it would grow back. I called to see if she would give me a partial refund which she said she would. But she was the rudest person I met, and I came at her very polite and respectful. It wasn't worth the gas to drive for my 12.50, maybe she will learn next time to just listen to what the customer wants. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Don't Go!!!!
