100% UNHAPPY. Earlier this year I had two Vitalize peels done at Radiance to help with acne scarring. I noticed some improvement, but not nearly as much as I had hoped for. After that I got the same peel done at Beleza Med Spa in Round Rock, TX and had a completely different experience.

What really makes me angry is that at Radiance I was only given half the dose you are supposed to get with the peel, if it was that much. The chemical peel comes stored in a little container with enough for one application. In Round Rock the aesthetician made sure to apply the whole dose and let it sit for a little while on my skin. Afterward I had amazing results. At Radiance the aesthetician put a very thin layer on my skin and then wiped it off almost immediately. It didn’t even come close to burning, which should be expected with a chemical peel. I am convinced that the aesthetician in San Antonio saves what she can of the peels to use on herself. She mentioned several times that she gives the peel to herself once a month. Unfortunately, I’m not sure of her name, but I think it started with an O. Avoid this lady!! She will rip you off. The Vitalize Peel is an excellent peel if it is applied correctly. I am so upset that I paid Radiance so much money for such poor service.

100% HAPPY. I got lip injections and I LOVE THEM!! It looks 100% natural and I had no scaring or pain. The staff is SUPER friendly and EXPERTS about what they service. I asked 1000 questions about my service and Smart Lipo...and they were very informative and made me feel very comfortable. THANK YOU RADIANCE...you will see more of me!!! I will get there early next time to try that message chair!! ; )

Beware!!!. Be very carful before you go to this place. Never saw a doctor anywhere in the place. Not a nice place rude staff.

Wonderful Staff Doctor. If they could bottle and sell the feeling you get in the "tranquility room", I would love to own the patent. It's a great place to escape reality. This spa offers the latest treatments by a knowledgeable staff.

Come early and enjoy the tranquility room!!. Great Staff and attentive. Doctor is there on site and performs many of the procedures so my comfort level was high. Very happy with my results and could LIVE in the tranquility room all day, a haven. Latest procedures are offerred.

Great customer service, Superior equipment and a highly trained staff make this Med Spa a Must.. I have been to my fair share of San Antonio ?Med Spas? and have had my best experience by far at Radiance. Dr Laura Bennack is a wizard with injectables and the estiticians are better and nicer than any others in the area. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing there is complementary wine and a large cozy couch, you will not want to leave. I recently purchased a laser hair removal treatment because I had heard that they have a state of the art laser, newer and safer than any others in the area, and I was impressed. It was not uncomfortable and I saw results right away. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Bennacks facility; I have a message scheduled in two weeks and am definitely looking forward to it.
